About
Single-discipline fencing day camp running out of Brooklyn Bridge Fencing Club's studio on the sixth floor of a historic warehouse in Dumbo, founded in 2010 by Olympian and U.S.
Fencing Hall of Fame member Dan Kellner. Instruction spans footwork, bladework, tactics, and bouting, with conditioning and coordination exercises woven throughout — structured for first-timers through competitive intermediate fencers. In addition to the core weekly beginner and intermediate sessions, the club runs foil and saber competitive intensives before nationals and international camps with guest elite fencers. All fencing equipment is provided, the camper-to-staff ratio is 6:1, and families are asked to pack lunch and snacks.
