About
Screen-free robotics and STEAM day program running at studios and partner school sites across NYC, founded by engineer Jenny Young at the NYC Maker Faire in 2011.
Each week follows a rotating theme — Monster Mayhem, Snack Attack, Swamp Stomp, Construction Junction, and others — with kids building a new creature, food, or engineering-themed robot every day using balsa wood, LEDs, conductive tape, batteries, and small motors. Beyond building, the daily schedule includes circuits work, crafts, games, and outdoor park time. Every camper takes their finished builds home at the end of each day, and a materials fee covers all supplies. Optional extended care is available at the end of the standard session day.
