About
Theater education day camp built around devised, original storytelling — kids write the scripts, design the sets, build the props, and perform in each week's production.
Programming spans acting workshops, playwriting, puppetry, music, movement, and visual art, organized into two age-band ensembles across eight themed summer weeks. Weekly themes range from large-scale puppet construction to rock opera, Shakespeare adaptations, and immersive outdoor performances. Teaching artists are working professionals with credits at major New York stages. A teen leadership add-on runs during the later summer weeks, with participants mentoring younger campers and taking central roles in Friday performances; after-camp care is available until 6 PM.
